Self Tanning Milky-Lotion both moisturises and tans your skin in one simple step. The creamy formula contains aloe vera and fig extract to moisturise and hydrate the skin, as well as Clarins Self Tan Complex, which combines naturally-sourced DHA and erythulose, for an even, gradual tan. The hydrating lotion melts into the skin leaving it feeling soft, smooth and with a natural-looking glow. Self Tanning Milky-Lotion also has Eco-Friendly product packaging.

Directions
On skin that has been exfoliated and moisturised, apply in a circular motion with your entire hand.
Avoid eyebrows and the hair line.
Wash hands with soap after applying.

Perfect tanner for a novice
I don't wear fake tan very much now a days and had a tube of this squirrelled away in my bathroom cupboard that I forgot about. However a night on the toon with friends had me squeezing this stuff on in preparation. On the lead up, I'd been exfoliating daily in the shower with a cloth and using baby oil after I dried off. I shaved my legs on the day of application, which I believe is a no no (as it can darken pores) but I had left about 6hrs inbetween shaving and applying sunshine in a bottle. This goes on easily and left a beautiful streak free tan that still looks amazing 3 days later. It didn't have any crazy smell, it was subtle. I'm so happy with it and how great it's made me feel that I've bought another tube. So if you're new to this or just a bit unsure, go for it. You won't be dissapointed. Just mind to give your hands a wash afterwards if you're not using a mitt but don't go daft and get water and soap up past your wrists or you'll go streaky. Also wear nothing for a while if you can or wear a loose tshirt to give the tan time to sink in. I'm certain you'll be pleased with the results.

Excellent product
I hardly use self tan products - this is my second attempt - so I did a lot of research before I made this purchase. I’m pleased to say I am very happy with this product. The lotion is light and absorbs into the skin quickly. My skin feels soft and moisturised after application. It has a pleasant subtle fragrance too. The lotion doesn’t give you the sticky feeling nor does it produce the chemical smell of a self tan product (the first self tan I used did). Most of all, the self tan doesn’t rub off on my bedding which is all white. I applied the lotion to my face and the whole body and the next day I had a very light glow, not orangey. On the third day I applied another layer of lotion and for the following week I had a healthy looking tan. I’m in my early sixties, I don’t want to expose myself to any unnecessary sun so I believe I’ve found my go to self tan lotion in Clarins.

A natural tan
Love this product to top up my tan. It is easy to use and doesn’t leave any streaks or marks. (Providing you rubbed it in well)
The tan increases through the day and each time you use it. It has a natural colour & glow.
I use it once every 10-14 days during summer to top up my natural tan.

Just ok.
This milky tan was just ok. It did moisturise as advertised but smelt strange and the tan was just ok. I’ve had better results from other self tanning moisturisers.

Clarins forever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely brilliant so creamy and light. Also soaks in quickly and this means you can get dresses no hanging sound until it drys.I also love the smell. I would recommend to anyone. I did use clarins when I was a lot younger but after trying other products came straight back to your self tanning products x
