Khol Couture Waterproof Retractable Eyeliner is enriched with intense color pigments. Its long-wear formula resists humidity and glides seamlessly onto your lids. Its retractable pencil means application is precise and fast, and its comfortable and smooth texture allows for all day wear.

What else you need to know:
The pencil is equipped with a built in sharpener to provide a precise tip at all times. Just remove the bottom cap and sharpen the eyeliner.

Directions

Suggested Usage:
-Line along the upper and/or lower lash line and softly smudge to add definition.
-Light up your eyes by applying Mister Light (sold separately) just under the lower lash line as a base prior to lining.
