Kylie wanted to have a luminous soft pearl running through the shade to create the Illusion of fuller, wider-looking lips.

Directions

To use, first apply Lip Cheat lip liner, redefining, reshaping & resizing your lips by outlining just past your natural lip line. Fill in your lips for added intensity.

Apply your lipstick either straight from the bullet or use the Lip Brush for a super precise finish.
