Directions
After shampooing and conditioning (and following use of a leave-in Cocktail supplement, if you choose) spray evenly onto towel dried hair.
Hair should be damp not wet.
Requires blow-drying to activate.

Reduces not eliminates
Im not sure about this. I have tried this product a few times and it reduces the frizz (still have some) and it doesn't last after washed despite saying it lasts 3 washes.
For reference I have very fine hair and not very much of it. I have tried 3 times with different amounts of product. I use plenty and used alot on one occasion.
I follow the instructions so not sure whats happening.

My hair goes fizzy at the slightest moisture in the air and doesn't really hold styling well. This thing does magic to my hair. The styling holds much better, and there's no fizz at all.

My Hair Felt Great
